KS1 Nativity ‘Hey Ewe!’

On Thursday it was the KS1 Nativity Production of ‘Hey Ewe!’ at the Chequer Mead Theatre. It was a truly amazing production. The children played their parts brilliantly as they sang and acted out the Christmas story form the perspective of a ‘very curious sheep’  played by the fantastic Belle. The shepherds acted out their roles herding the sheep, the kings were word perfect in the colourful majestic outfits and Mary, Joseph and the donkey really did manage to look as if they had walked for miles and miles! The narrators were clear and easy to hear, the animals sang and danced to perfection leaving the stars to shine when they did their dance (and I’m sure that some of the audience managed to see Miss Elborough lead them from the front of the stage with such elegance and gusto!).

The production, I’m sure that all who attended will agree, really was outstanding and the start to the Christmas rundown. A big congratulations to Miss Puttock and the team in KS1 for their hard work and dedication to producing the show for us all to enjoy. Well done to everyone!
