Year 6 Isle of Wight Trip October 2018

WOW! What a brilliant trip. The trip started when we left school at 11.30am on Monday 1st October and finished when we returned at 5pm on Friday 5th October. What a lot we crammed in between!  There were so many activities every day for the children to push themselves and take them out of their comfort zones and achieve so much each day. The activities included: The Giant Swing (voted the best activity of the week), Trapeze (also known as the ‘leap of faith’ as the children have to climb high and then jump into the air and garb the trapeze bar – so scary!), Climbing, Abseiling, Matrix, Problem solving, Camp Fire, Quiz Night, Challenge Course, Sensory Trail, Aero Ball, Robot Wars, Zip Wire, Archery, Jacobs Ladder, Orienteering and Buggy Building. The food was great and plentiful and the time spent together will be remembered by everyone for life. Here are just a few photographs to share will you. The children will be able to get copies of all of the staffs photographs over the next few weeks.
